The FUN in NEW

Hello all… it has been a while! I have been creating a new business and connecting with so many new people which is always exciting! And because of all that new, I haven’t written in some time.

Anything new is exciting… and addicting… you want to soak it up for all it’s worth as NEW spices up the routine!

where-the-magic-happens

For example, my husband and I were standing in a line at the bank today and just for the fun of it I say hello to the man next to us. That struck up a whole conversation with a NEW person! How fun is that… it doesn’t matter if you don’t know the person, just say hello.

Starting a new business partnership has been exciting too! What amazing people I have met and continue to meet. All with similar goals from all over the world! Meeting new people whether in person or through the virtual world is fantastic and a great exercise for anyone. I highly recommend getting out of your comfort zone and giving it a try.

Lately it seems most people in my corner of the world are stuck in a rut. To those individuals that feel down and out and stuck… Get out there, create some newness, shake things up a bit and feel alive! Start with going for a walk and getting some fresh air, it’s been a long cold winter with no snow, which means not much play and no trying new things. Hibernation time is over everyone!

The biggest thing stopping people from trying anything new is the fact that you might fail. Been there and live it every day, but if I didn’t try new things, I wouldn’t grow as a person. So who cares if trying something new fails… you tried it and probably learnt something from it. Give it a go anyway, say hello to a stranger, try a new hobby, learn a new side gig, add a new friend on Facebook, it doesn’t matter what it is, if it’s new, it’s ALL good! Live it, love it and find the FUN in NEW! Like our friend Albert Einstein says; “A person who never made a mistake never tried anything new”.
